Abstract

This article aims to study knowledge management as an effort for learning organizations in STAIYO. The formulation of the problem in this study relates to the central object, the main actor, and the knowledge management process as a learning organization at STAIYO. This study used a qualitative approach with the background of knowledge management activities at STAIYO. The results of this study indicate that the central object in knowledge management in STAIYO is related to increasing member competence, which includes pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence. The actors in knowledge management are certainly all structural members possessed by STAIYO. While the application process of knowledge management as an effort for learning organizations in STAIYO consists of, 1) the socialization process; regular discussions, holding seminars, including one member to attend training and/or training, 2) externalization process; documenting the results of routine discussions and making proceedings on the results of the seminar, 3) the combination process; requires every member of the organization to conduct research in each year, 4) internalization process; requires lecturers to publish in educatia (their internal journal).

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as religious education institutions have the main objectives, namely; preparing santri to master the knowledge of Islam (taffaqquh fi al din), then followed by propaganda spreading Islam and the stronghold of the people in the field of morals. Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang includes educational institutions that contribute to the nation by holding promotions to encourage the public to obtain the proper education. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotional strategies in marketing management in the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang. This type of research is field research. The results of the study indicate that the promotion strategy uses tools; electronic media, stickers, banners, wall clocks, calendars, and personal selling. Marketing management through the stages of planning, organization, actualization, evaluation. The supporting factors are vision, motivation from caregivers, santri whose loyalty and totality and promotional tools are quite interesting. The inhibitors are santri / ustadz who are not visionary and semisi with Islamic boarding schools and some weaknesses of promotional tools. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of promotional strategies in marketing management of the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang uses existing management tools and functions in the company's marketing management.

Abstract

Head master role is very important, they have to be able to plan, conduct, and evaluate their programs periodically towards education process. Learning as interactive process between students and their environment, so the practice is more important. The role of PAI in school is for founding Indonesia young generation especially in creating good and faithful human. The research result are: 1). the head master observes directly when the learning process occured, involved his vice especially for kepondokan task, asks the teachers to join workshop, PAI is taught integrally, adding reading and writing al qur’an as mulok, reading kitab, praying practice, and another extra program. 2). The lesson plan including discussion, demostration as method, it uses national curriculum, learning sometimes is done out of class, and PAI is developed through bulughul al- maram and adabu at ta’lim wa al muta’allim, evaluation is conducted oral and written test. The supporting factors are professional teachers, good facilities, and most of students stay in Islamic boarding schools. The various students capability, and the limited time given are as obstacles factor.

Abstract

Based on observations and documentation, it is found that in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Singosari Malang in the last three years the number of students has decreased. From 2016 with a number of students totaling 180 people, decreased in 2017 to 160 people and in 2018 to 150 students. This phenomenon is the focus of the problem so this research aims to analyze the role of the headmaster of the Muhammadiyah 4 Junior High School in Singosari Malang in improving the quality of education through school-based management. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Muhammadiyah 4 Junior High School Singosari was used as the object of research. The results of the study stated that: 1) The headmaster of Muhammadiyah 4 Junior High School had performed the managerial task well. The planning aspect is done by placing the human resources of educators according to their competencies. In the aspect of implementation and supervision the school principal is fully responsible. In the aspect of administration evaluation done well, but in the aspect of indicators, it has not been clearly determined in each semester / year. 2) There are two obstacles experienced by school principals, namely non-permanent human resources in schools and infrastructure facilities especially the PAI laboratory for the means of knowledge and development of PAI in schools.

Abstract

The quality of learning is strongly influenced by the professional quality of teacher performance, therefore efforts to improve the professional abilities of teachers in carrying out the learning and teaching process can be through supervision assistance. The professionalism of teachers in Primaganda High School is still said to have not yet achieved optimal results, so through the supervision activities of the principal provides guidance, motivation and technical assistance to teachers who experience difficulties in learning activities so as to improve teacher professionalism. The results of the study indicate that that the role of the principal's supervision in increasing the professionalism of teachers in Primaganda High School has strived to achieve optimal results. Aspects of the role of supervision carried out by the principal is to do (1) coordinator, (2) consultant, (3) group leader, and (4) evaluator. The principal uses the technique of supervision with group supervision and individual supervision. Teacher professionalism at Primaganda High School is carried out with the following aspects; pedagogic aspects, personality aspects, social aspects, and professional aspects. Professionalism of teachers in Primaganda Jombang High School is quite good. The achievement of pedagogical aspects is well categorized, personality aspects are well categorized, social aspects are categorized very well, and professional aspects are sufficiently categorized.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are important factors in improving the efficiency of learning and learning. Management of educational facilities and infrastructure is defined as a collaborative process of the effective and efficient utilization of all educational facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure aims to provide professional services in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure in order to carry out the education process effectively and efficiently. This qualitative research aims to reveal the implementation of management of education facilities and infrastructure and the role of teachers in improving the quality of learning through the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN Bareng Jombang, by way of interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation so that the data obtained is more accurate.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum aims to improve and improve the quality of national education specifically in character education. This was done to answer the changing times dynamically. MTs At-Taufiq is an institution under the auspices of an independent Foundation both in terms of ideas, operations and finance not dependent on the Foundation. include: (1) All school staff do the 2013 curriculum planning formulation at the beginning of the new school year. (2) The school forms the 2013 curriculum team. (3) Prepares the curriculum through the MGMP of Islamic Cultural History Teachers outside MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang. (4) The preparation of the lesson schedule is formulated in a meeting at the beginning of the new school year. While the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang on the subjects of Islamic cultural history can be described as follows: (1) apperception. (2) Exploration. (3) Consolidation of learning (4) Formation of Attitudes, Competencies, and Character. (5) Conducting an Assessment. Evaluation of the Development of 2013 Curriculum in Islamic Cultural History Subjects at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang is as follows: (1) Evaluation is carried out taking findings in Islamic cultural history teachers in the field (2) These findings are submitted at monthly evaluation meetings. The 2013 curriculum evaluation is based on the 2013 curriculum goals and the institution's vision and mission.
